This promotion (the “Promotion”) is organized and promoted by GULF FOOD COMPANY AMERICANA L.L.C (the “Company” or “Americana”) and is applicable across Hypermarkets and e-commerce platforms in the United Arab Emirates.
This text is the contract that governs the relationship between the Company and you (the “Consumer(s)” or “Winner(s)”) regarding your participation in the Promotion. It is at the absolute discretion of the Consumer to participate in the Promotion and in doing so, unreservedly agrees to be subject to the Terms and Conditions contained herein.
The Company reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. The Company will post any such on https://americanarewards.com. You are solely responsible for regular review of the Terms and Conditions and the Company is under no obligation to notify you of such changes.
a) The Promotion and online entry submissions will take place from 15th August, 2024, at 00:01 am until September 13th, 2024, at 11:59pm across stores and e-commerce in the United Arab Emirates.
b) The Promotion is valid only in United Arab Emirates (“UAE”) for UAE residents only, aged 18 years old or older, in possession of a valid Emirates ID.
c) The Promotion will cover the participating products sold in the UAE only.
a) This Promotion applies only to the Consumers who purchased Americana frozen products in UAE. To be eligible, the purchase must be done through Hypermarkets across the UAE or e-commerce platforms, within the period of the Promotion from 15th August, 2024, at 00:01 am until September 13th, 2024, at 11:59pm.
b) To enter the Promotion, the Consumer must buy AED 35 worth of Americana frozen products and connect online https://americanarewards.com/, enter their personal details, upload purchase receipt and receipt number, and submit.
c) The Promotion runs from 15th August, 2024, at 00:01 am until September 13th, 2024, at 11:59pm.
d) After this date, entries shall be closed and participation will no longer be possible.
e) The Consumer shall follow the instructions for the Promotion by filling out the online registration form in its entirety with his/her correct personal and purchase details: first name, last name, email address, phone number, region, and receipt number.
f) The consumer will be selected through a raffle draw at the conclusion of the promotion period.
g) The receipts of participant entries will be checked and validated.
h) The reasons for rejection may include, but are not limited to, the following:
a) The winners will receive a confirmation email with details of the prize collection/delivery after the uploaded receipt has been verified and raffle draw has concluded.
b) Winners are requested to present valid ID, Original invoice/receipt of their proof of purchase of the Americana products
c) The Company shall not entertain any claim by the Winner(s) citing problems of a technical malfunction of his/her computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, or software while claiming the prizes in case if he/she is a lucky Winner.
Six (6) prizes of AED 30,000 each will be awarded to the winners to support the tuition fees.
- The prize is a fixed amount and is not intended to cover the full tuition fee. The fixed amount of AED 30,000 will be provided via cheque only.
- The prize is non-transferable
Raffle Draw Date: 16 September 2024
a) The Consumer hereby grants to the Company, at no cost, the unconditional, perpetual right and authority to publish and broadcast anywhere in the world, for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes and in any media, his/her name, image, likeness and/or photograph, video footage or audio record taken of him/her, taken during and for the purpose of the relevant promotions, except where prohibited by law.
b) Participation in the Promotion constitutes the Consumer's permission for the Company and its affiliated companies to use his/her name(s), personal information, and/or any statements made by him/her regarding the Promotion and advertising purposes only without notice or additional compensation, except were prohibited by law.
c) The Company shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, lost profits, indirect or direct damages, consequential damages, incidental damages, punitive or exemplary damages, judgments, cost or expense whatsoever, including without limitation to, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with the participation in the Promotion, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of the prize.
a) If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of being carried on as planned, due to without limitation infection by any computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, act of God, war (whether or not declared), political coup or insurrection, rebellion, labor dispute, fire, epidemic, storm, flood, typhoon, explosion, legal enactment, government directive, order or regulation, any law or regulation having force of law or any other reason or cause beyond the control of the Company, which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Company, to the fullest extent permitted by law, reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Promotion and to disqualify any Participant who tampers with the Promotion and/or the entry process. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer software and/or equipment, failure of any e-mail account or any combination thereof.
b) The Company reserves the right to alter/withdraw the Promotion at any time without prior intimation, including the right to amend, cancel, or withdraw in part or full all conditions of this Promotion including the right to substitute any prize for an item of equal value.
c) In case of any dispute or difference in respect of or in connection with the offer herein, the decision of the Company shall be final and binding on all concerned.
d) The laws of the United Arab Emirates shall govern this Promotion.
e) By participating in this Promotion, Customer acknowledges that he/she has reviewed and accepted the above Terms and Conditions.
